Product Description:
1.Working Pressure:up to 6,000 psig (414 bar)2.Working Temperature:
Acetal Packing: -20 °F to 250 °F ( -28 °C to 121 °C)
PEEK Packing: -20 °F to 400 °F ( -28 °C to 204 °C)
PFA Packing:-20 °F to 400 °F ( -28 °C to 204°C)
3.Two-stem design:The upper stem has hardened threads, the lower stem has hardened smooth surface.4. Upper stem thread lubricant is isolated from system media.5.The lower stem performs vertical linear movement instead of screwing movement, significantly reducing the friction area.
6. Stem back seating seals in the fully open position.7. Optional panel mounting is available.
8. Nonrotating stem for longer seat life9. Double lock-pins enable steady and durable fastening of the handle.10. Optional handle colors are available.
11. 100% factory test. Every valve is tested with nitrogen for leak-tight performance at its maximum working pressure.
